Life Massage Policies
Appointments
If you arrive 15 minutes or later for a scheduled appointment, the service provider reserves the right to refuse service or shorten the session length to avoid delaying the next appointment. This policy also applies to waxing appointments, which have a five-minute grace period.
Some centers may require a credit card on file to reserve your appointment. If a card is not provided, you may only be accommodated on a walk-in basis if availability allows.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 12 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in a charge of up to the full amount of the scheduled service.
All clients under the age of 18 are considered minors and must have a parent or guardian’s signature on their intake form. Children under the age of 12 must have a parent present during their session. Life Massage cannot be held responsible for minors left unattended. Some states require a parent or guardian to be physically present in the treatment room during a session for minors of any age.
Multiple-person or multi-service bookings (three or more services) may require a credit card on file. Cards will only be charged if an appointment or individual service is canceled without 12-hour notice, if a client arrives too late for the service to be completed, or if a client fails to show up.
Gift Certificates and Gift Cards
Gift certificates and gift cards are not redeemable for cash.
Lost or stolen gift cards/certificates cannot be replaced or verified.
They must be presented at the time of service or an alternate form of payment will be required.
All gift certificates and gift cards are non-refundable.
Payments
Returned checks will incur a $30 fee.
Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
Life Massage is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
Benefits Program Terms and Conditions
Membership Details
Your membership includes one 60-minute Custom Massage Session or one 60-minute Custom Signature Facial Session (where available) per month, available on the same date each month.
You may book unlimited additional sessions during the month at a discounted rate.
Members receive 10% off all retail products at Life Massage.
Your membership is valid only at the Life Massage location where you originally signed up; however, other locations will honor their local membership pricing for active members.
You may share your membership and monthly credited session with one additional family member.
Prepaid sessions may be upgraded to longer or specialized treatments (such as 90- or 120-minute massages, facials, hot stone, or aromatherapy) by paying the price difference.
Two 60-minute prepaid sessions may be combined for one 120-minute massage.
All Life Massage sessions include five minutes for check-in and consultation and five minutes for post-consultation and dressing time. For example, a 60-minute session includes 50 minutes of hands-on treatment.
If you have a prepaid package, all sessions must be used before the membership expires.
Unused monthly sessions roll over to the next month as long as your membership remains active.
Membership Cancellation
If You Choose to Cancel
Memberships are month-to-month and automatically renew until canceled.
You must sign Life Massage’s “Membership Cancellation Agreement” to complete cancellation.
One final scheduled payment will be processed after your cancellation request. You will then have 30 days to use any remaining sessions. After this period, all unused sessions will be forfeited.
Prepaid memberships are non-refundable for unused sessions.
If Life Massage Terminates Your Membership
Life Massage reserves the right to terminate memberships for any of the following reasons:
Repeated cancellations or no-shows.
Two consecutive months of insufficient funds or declined payments.
Inappropriate behavior from clients or therapists.
Providing false or misleading information during signup.
Failure to comply with company Policies & Procedures.
Terminated memberships forfeit all remaining sessions and may be denied re-enrollment.
Rewards Program Terms and Conditions
Reward points are valid for products or services only.
Points have no cash value and cannot be used toward the same visit in which they’re earned. Points must cover the total cost of a product or service — no partial redemptions are allowed. Program rules, redemption criteria, and values are subject to change at Life Massage’s discretion.
Session Length
All session durations include:
5 minutes for consultation and undressing.
50 minutes of hands-on treatment.
5 minutes for redressing and recommendations.
For example, a 60-minute custom massage session includes 50 minutes of massage time and 10 minutes of total prep and closure.
Privacy Policy
Information Collection and Use
Life Massage values and protects the privacy of all users, subscribers, and clients. This policy outlines how we collect, use, and safeguard your personal information.
Registration and Ordering
To use certain features or request services, you may be asked to register and provide contact details (name, email, address, and phone number). This information is used to communicate with you, deliver requested services, and enhance your experience.
If payment is required (such as for memberships), Life Massage may collect billing information (e.g., credit card details), used solely for processing payments securely.
Surveys and Contests
Participation in surveys or contests is voluntary. Collected information may be used to contact winners, improve services, or — with your consent — shared with sponsors.
Tell-A-Friend
If you use our referral feature, we may collect your friend’s contact details to send them an invitation. They can request to opt out of future communications.
Communications
We retain customer messages (emails, forms, feedback) for administrative purposes and service improvement. We will only send promotional updates if you’ve opted in to receive them.
Automatic Data Collection
Life Massage may collect non-personal data such as browser type, device, IP address, and navigation behavior to analyze site usage and enhance user experience.
Cookies are used to store preferences and simplify navigation. You can disable cookies in your browser, but some features may not function properly.
Information Sharing
Life Massage does not sell or share personal data except:
With authorized agents assisting in service delivery.
As required by law (court order, subpoena, etc.).
In case of a merger, acquisition, or transfer of assets.
We may share aggregated, non-identifiable information for research or marketing purposes.

Permissions
You may choose whether to receive promotional communications or allow your data to be shared with third parties for marketing. Requests will be processed promptly, though some pre-scheduled messages may still be delivered temporarily.
